Arvind Sharma, Director, Board Member
Arvind Sharma is an IT industry veteran with over 23 years of experience
and a successful track record of building organizations around
sustainable businesses.
Having built and managed companies in India, the Middle East, and the
US, he has a first hand understanding of finer nuances of operating in
these different geographies.
Arvind has been successful working with a broad range of companies, from
start-up ISVs to Fortune500 companies, primarily due to his strategic
approach to client needs that focuses on providing long term value.
In the last few years, he has helped several US Software Companies
including visualize and execute their India-centric offshore strategies
successfully.
Arvind invested and took a majority control on June 2012, in
Clientis-S3G group companies ( S3G Associates, LLC, Clientis-S3G Systems
India Pvt Ltd and Clientis-S3G Do Brazil) thru Vencedor Holdings
Pte. Ltd, a singapore based firm with the financial help from Basil
Partners, a singapore based PE fund. Arvind is based in New Jersey, USA.
Waman DuKle, Director, Board Member
Waman is an accomplished professional in the software industry and has
worked with global software organizations for the past 21 years. He has
deep experience in working with ISV/TSPs in all facets of IP / Service
delivery.
Before founding Techatalyst, Waman managed the
Eastern & Central regional business operations for a Global Software
company in the USA focusing on offshore delivery. Waman worked
with Fortune 500 clients to execute their offshore strategy. Prior to
this assignment, he was part of the core team that set up the Indian
operations of SAP AG in Mumbai. He worked with SAP for more than 4
years, managing strategic relationships contributing to a significant
share of SAP's revenue in India every year.
Waman along with Arvind formed Vencedor
Holdings and took active control and operations of Clientis-S3G Systems
India Pvt Ltd. .
Senthil Angamuthu : Founder, Board Member
Senthil brings over 20 years of experience in IT, management and M&A. He was the founder of S3 Group, Inc, a Supply chain management consulting firm later acquired by investors to form Idhasoft. As a president of Idhasoft, Senthil helped Idhasoft to grow over $100 Million in revenue in the first year of operations. |

Arthur comes with 30 years experience in Supply Chain Systems, IT Management, Manufacturing operations and systems. Most recently was VP-Business Development at Idhasoft, Inc /S3 Group, Inc for past 6 years heading up sales for Supply Chain Services for products from Manhattan Associates, SAP, Oracle, Red Prairie, and Yantra to the Retail and Distribution marketplace. |

Klaus Schramm : Regional Director, Latin America
Klaus is head of our Latin American office accountable for SAP AFS projects as well as SAP standard projects mainly as roll out programs to LATAM
His SAP career started back in 95 and his first involvement in the AFS arena happened in 97. Since 2007 he resides in Brazil where the first SAP AFS implementations has happened under his guidance. |

Chaitanya Kagal, APAC Operations Head, India
Chaitanya is head of our APAC operations managing sales and operations. He
is responsible for our projects and new projects in APAC region. Chaitanya
starting his career with
Mastek in 1987 got inducted into the ERP world in 1997 by joining
BaaN/Infor, had short stints with SAS and Jamcracker a pioneer in
launching SaaS platform.
Experience in managing complex
opportunities across Ship Building, Project Engineering / Construction,
Tier 1 Auto Components, FMCG, Garments Mfg, Retail Industries. Chaitanya
lives in Pondicherry, near Chennai in India
